We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will happily accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original tag attached and unaltered, within 14 business days from delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping for domestic orders. International orders will have to contact customer service to determine the return shipping fees. 

If you would like to return or exchange a piece, please request a return authorization number at info@layaskyejewelry.com.  We will email you a return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

All eternity bands cannot be resized or refunded, but can be exchanged.

All custom engraved items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All custom pieces made are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
